Shipping Information:

We ship most domestic packages via USPS using Priority Mail. Please keep in mind, if you select a priority mail box, we will do our best to accommodate, however, some orders may be too large to safely ship in a priority mail box.  If this is the case, your order will be shipped via FedEx using an appropriately size box.

 If you need a specific delivery date, please let us know prior to shipping.

Orders shipping outside the USA, to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, or any US territory, and Canada, will most likely ship via the United States Postal Service as rates are typically less than with FedEx. 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

All orders are carefully packaged for transit.  Unfortunately, sometimes damage does occur during the trip from our shop to you. 

In the event that your order does arrive damaged, please EMAIL and let us know. 

We will need:

  1. The name of the person the order was SHIPPED TO and the order Number
  2. The TRACKING NUMBER, listed on the shipping label, and it's also included in your dispatch email
  3. EXACTLY what was damaged - The SIZE/TYPE of Candle, The FRAGRANCE, and the QUANTITY.

Once we receive this information, we can file a claim with the carrier, and get rolling on replacing your product(s).
